Two-storey hybrid 132/11kV and 66/11kV zone substation designed to improve electricity supply and reliability for the Lower Central Coast.
The substation is designed to maximise social and economic benefits, while minimising environmental impact through use of indoor switch gear and sympathetic design, which blends in with surrounding bushland and residential developments. The roof is pitched away from the street to minimise visual impact on the streetscape.

The substation provides accommodation for 132kV gas-insulated switchgear and two 132 kV transformers and is constructed of high-quality, durable materials including exterior banded clay brickwork and interior fire-rated ceilings and concrete block walls.
