With the closure of the Heinz Tuna Cannery, this large-scale development maximises the opportunities of its idyllic south-coast setting and creates a new focal point for the area.

The pinnacle of the development is a four-storey eco-friendly waterfront hotel. Masonry and sandstone earth the hotel to its site, whilst large areas of glazing capture serene Cattle Bay views. The previously inaccessible beach is also opened up for recreational enjoyment.

The existing grain of the surrounding residential context is continued into and opens up the site. Medium-density two-, three- and four- storey residential developments are beautifully detailed in masonry and selected timber. Enhanced by putting the parking underground, residences enjoy a sense of uninterrupted landscape surrounds.
